Do I need martial arts experience?
No. Beginners are welcome. Our Sunday classes (12–4pm) include structured progression through fundamentals like ukemi, rolling, movement, and the Kihon Happy foundations. Whether you have never trained or are coming from another art, you start at your level and build from there.
